The strapless, drop-waist bodice of this perky, short dress is gathered to one side with an overlay of soft, metallic, floral lace in a delicate, muted lilac shade. Underneath is sparkling foil dotted in stretch knit for a comfy fit. At the skirt is a charming nosegay of old-fashioned velvet flowers on stems of rolled fabric tied securely with a double-bow of pink and lilac satin ribbon.
