This short ball gown is a ballerina's dream. The slimming, drop-waist bodice is made of periwinkle, light blue and silver metallic brocade. The sweetheart neckline has thin taffeta straps and is edged with a tulle ruffle on one side for a perky fashion accent. The bust area is overlay with layers of tulle gathered at the center and decorated with small silk flowers.
