Prom Dress Sales, Return & Prom Dress Shipping PoliciesSALESMoney Orders & Cashier's Checks All money orders and cashier's checks must be in U.S. dollars, or they will not be accepted. Personal & Business Checks We do not accept business or personal checks. Dress Sizes 18-26 Dress sizes 18-26 will receive an additional charge of $20.00. SHIPPING International & APO/FPO All international and APO/FPO orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express service. You may contact loralie customer service at CustomerService@loralie.com or call us toll-free at 877.4.LORALIE (877.4567.2543) to get an estimated shipping quote. However, estimation would be around $40.00 - $70.00, depending on the weight and final destination of your package. International and APO/FPO customers are also required to pay all shipping, duties and taxes on orders sent from or being returned to loralie. Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI) Please allow at least 1 extra day for UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air delivery services, giving 2 business days for UPS Overnight and 3 business days for UPS 2nd Day Air. RETURNS Prom Dresses, Accessories & Shoes Our policy allows you to call and request a return authorization number (RA#) for an unworn item within 7 days of receipt. You must get a return authorization number for exchanges and returns. The package must be postmarked within 7 days, and returned to loralie with a return authorization number on the outside of the package. loralie will refuse and will not refund any returns that are postmarked past the 7 days and will return your products to you. All items being returned must be in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer's expense. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund for the amount of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable. When ordering more than one dress, no exchanges or refunds will be given for any of the dresses. If you are considering more than one dress, we suggest that you order one at a time since you have 7 days to return an individual dress. If you are exchanging a dress for another size or style, we must receive and inspect the initial dress before we ship the next dress to you. When returning shoes, please do not write on or alter any original packaging for shoes. Please write on the shipping package only. Also, please ship shoe orders to the loralie address: 1820 S. Morgan Street • Granbury, TX 76048, not the original shipper address. Sale Rack Items & Lingerie No returns or exchanges are allowed on sale rack items or lingerie. To request a return authorization number: Please have your order number ready and call us toll-free at 877.4.LORALIE (877.4567.2543). When returning an authorized package: Please clearly write your return authorization number and your last name on the outside of the box. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted upon delivery without a return authorization number on the outside of the package.
